30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your item. For returns due to a change of mind or a sizing preference, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Please include the original packaging where available and try footwear on a clean indoor surface. These conditions do not limit your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed goods.
How to Request a Return
Email CS@zjyzzz.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Contact us before mailing your parcel so that we can arrange return shipping and provide instructions. If an item is damaged or incorrect, include relevant details and photographs where helpful.
Return Shipping Costs
zjyzzz pays the return shipping costs for approved returns. Contact us so we can arrange the return shipping. Return shipping costs will not be deducted from your approved refund.

Inspection and Refund Processing
We will inspect returned items within 3 business days after receiving them and notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 2 business days after approval.
The approved refund covers the price actually paid for the returned items and applicable taxes. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time after we initiate the refund. If you have not received it, email CS@zjyzzz.com so we can check its status.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us if your item arrives damaged, is defective, or differs from what you ordered. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, including a replacement, return, or refund as applicable. This policy does not limit any remedy required by law.
Cancellation and Exchange Requests
To request a cancellation or change, email us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether your request can be completed before dispatch. If an order has already shipped, follow the return process where eligible. Rights relating to delayed or unshipped orders remain subject to applicable law.
For exchange requests, contact us so we can confirm availability and the applicable arrangements before proceeding.
