Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These Terms of Service apply to use of https://zjyzzz.com and purchases made through the website. The store is operated by YUANQI FORT BUREAU LLC under the name zjyzzz. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the store operator.
Website Use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate order, contact, billing, and delivery information. Do not interfere with website security or use another person's payment details without authorization. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Products and Descriptions
We sell the footwear and related products shown on the website. Review the product description, size, width, color, and other available options before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. This does not limit remedies for defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods.
Prices and Payment
Review the currency, product price, applicable taxes, shipping charge, and final total at checkout before completing your order. We accept the payment methods actually displayed at checkout. Price changes do not alter an order total already accepted, except with your agreement or as otherwise permitted by law.
Orders and Availability
Submitting an order is a request to buy the selected items. An automated order receipt acknowledges that the request was received. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you with the available options. Payments collected for canceled merchandise will be refunded together with associated charges that must be refunded.
Shipping
We currently deliver only within the United States. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated transportation time after dispatch is 3–7 days, separate from order processing. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Orders ship from 1235 E FIFTH ST APT 7, CARSON CITY, NV 89701, United States. Our Shipping Policy provides further details.
Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your item, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. zjyzzz pays return shipping costs for approved returns. We inspect returns within 3 business days of receipt and initiate approved refunds within 2 business days after approval. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
For cancellations, changes, or exchanges, contact CS@zjyzzz.com promptly. We will confirm the available arrangements. If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.
Errors Affecting an Order
If we discover a material error affecting an order, such as an incorrect price or description, we will contact you before proceeding on materially different terms. Where applicable, you can choose whether to accept the corrected terms. If the order is canceled after payment, the amount due back will be refunded.
Content and Third-Party Brands
Third-party product names, trademarks, photographs, and other content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual property rights. Displaying a product or trademark does not by itself establish brand ownership, affiliation, or authorization.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the store.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for future website use and future orders. The terms presented when an order is placed will govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.
