zjyzzz delivers to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international delivery. Address eligibility and available delivery services are confirmed at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. If we need additional information to fulfill your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Estimated Transportation Time
Estimated transportation time is 3–7 days after dispatch. This is separate from the 1–2 business day order processing period. Actual transit time may vary with the delivery destination and carrier conditions.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete payment. Review the shipping charge and order total before placing your order.
Tracking
When shipment tracking is available, we will provide the tracking details to the email address supplied with your order. Carrier tracking information may take time to update after dispatch.
Delays and Delivery Problems
If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide a revised timeframe and the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund for unshipped merchandise where required.
If your parcel is late, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact CS@zjyzzz.com with your order number. We will investigate and work with the carrier where appropriate to arrange a suitable resolution. Carrier issues do not remove any consumer rights that apply.
Address Corrections
Review your delivery address before ordering. Email CS@zjyzzz.com promptly if a correction is needed. We will confirm whether the address can still be changed before dispatch and explain the available options.
